I highly recommend Scottish Gas for your pool heater needs. My heaters heat exchanger broke and I needed a warranty replacement. I called them and spoke to Darlene who was incredible. She explained the process and told me exactly what to do. Darlene arranged for her tech Shawn to visit my home the same day. Shawn’s a great guy too. After Shawn inspected my heater, he sent his diagnosis and photos to Darlene who immediately began work on my warranty claim. It was accepted and a new heater is on the way. Thank you Darlene for taking care of this issue for me and my family. It’s incredible that Scottish Gas, Darlene and Shawn still offer this kind of service when other companies can care less. Thank you Darlene. Don’t ever change.
