Taylor of Scottish Gas cleaned my pool heater including the burners, sensors, and the heat exchanger after years of neglect. He even climbed on the roof of the pool house to check the stack. He kept me informed the entire time, made suggestions but never tried to upsale me. It now runs like a new heater. Very impressed!

I’ve been dealing with Scottish for about seven years now. Initially, they came to install a gas line from our gas metre to where are pool heater was going to be. They tried to make it as unobtrusive as possible, even though it’s going to very long distance, and since then they have been coming yearly to help me start the pilot as the older heater was not something I was capable of lighting Since then they have also installed my new gas heater for the pool. They have always been professional fair and Peter who is one of the co-owners has been the one mostly coming out to do service for me. He’s always been patient with my questions and explain things so I can understand them as I’m not a gas guy. I’ve been very pleased with my experience with Peter and Scottish gas. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they’ve treated me like family and everyone has always been professional and courteous and kind. Thanks so much Scottish looking forward to many more years of our relationship.
